Hello!
Soooo...By now I must have won an award for worst blogging beginning ever! I am having such a hard time getting started on this adventure! As you all know very well, teaching is time consuming and when you add in a personal life, there is little time left for much else! But, I really want to document my teaching adventures with my amazing first graders and be able to share my fonts and products with all of you and get advice from all of the wonderful educators in the blogging world! So, I have decided to set an alert on my phone to remind me to blog once a week (or hopefully more often I will remember on my own) until I get in the habit! Wish me luck!

Summertime, Reflection and a Promise :)
Soo... I will admit, I was terrible about posting over the last school year. When I say terrible, I mean terrible! I did not post one single time! It was a very busy year and there were a lot of changes with common core and diving right into the new ELA units!
I hope everyone had a wonderful school year and has great plans for the summer! We are going to be traveling a lot and I am excited!
I had an AMAZING class this year also and am so sad that I did not post about them. Every teacher, if they admit it or not, has that one class that no other stands a chance to. I think this year was it! These kids were full of personality and ready to learn. They has awesome senses of humor and were so cute when they were serious, it was like those AT&T commercials at all times.
I think one of the cutest and best moments as a teacher was the writing of a group of my boys. They wrote these long detailed stories about a superhero they created, Master Mustache. Hilarious! I am definitely going to start a few class journals next year so that it will allow my whole class to get creative like these boys did.
I will be back for more reflection on last year, but will leave you with a promise to blog much more this summer and into next year and also with some pictures! I really want to get some feedback as I enter back into the blogging world and begin my journey into putting my products on TPT. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
